Review on 🎄 Urban Villa Dinner Napkins: Set of 12 Red Green White Tartan Checks, 100% Cotton, 20x20 Inches - Christmas Special by Sam Doucette

This is NOT 18x18 (as the title says) or 20x20 (as the description says). They are ONLY 17 x 17 and some are smaller. Very bad cut quality. Not square. Not all are the same size. I bought these based on all the five star reviews they had and I am into machine embroidery. These napkins do not shrink to the appropriate size. I am extremely disappointed. Whoever is in charge of quality control should be fired. The smallest is 16 and 7/8 inches by 17.5. The largest is 17.75 x 18. The rest are from 17 x 17.25 to 17.25 x 17 and 5/8. At least one of them has a different top dimension than a bottom one. 17.25 x 17.5 top and 17.5 x 17.5 bottom. This makes it very difficult to fold a square napkin onto a dinner napkin for display and sale. I will request a refund for them.
