This camping shower bag works. The lid is a little loose and needs to be tightened enough to prevent water spilling. The shower head is not the best quality but it does the job. Water will not flow unless you turn the handle parallel to the pipe. It gets quite heavy with water, so I recommend bringing water separately before you fill it up, or better roll it so you don't strain your back while carrying it. It works by gravity and doesn't require a battery or electricity, so that's a plus. All in all, it's a lot more decent than hanging a plastic bag on a branch and poking holes for washing. Water can be warmed by sunlight but stays cold or cool in shaded areas. I give it 5 stars despite some design flaws because the price is very affordable.
