Used them for me and my daughter to climb Mount Fuji. They kept my feet dry when I wore a pair up to 11,000ft then I squirmed and they kept my toes warm for the climb. They caused some irritation around my ankles but I think it was due to the double sock. It wasn't the material. My daughter didn't get the same trouble. It's worth it!
