These mouthguards are very good. I used to use Dentek which you heat and bite into the material and it literally molds around your teeth. They are slightly more expensive at $30 each. Also, they don't last as long as I can literally bite through my back molars at around 2-3 months. This material was a bit thicker and didn't go as high into the gums as these. The way this product works is that you heat the mold and then suck out all the air/space and press against your teeth/bite while the heated material rests on your teeth (no biting). I'm gritting my teeth, even though they definitely meet the requirements. I miss the thicker protection as it just fits better. They appear more durable, also because they are TRANSPARENT. I can wear them while traveling and still speak as they are not too thick.
