We previously had an At&T dual line system. I chose this particular phone system because it came with 4 extensions so I bought 2 systems and 4 additional phones as the system can be expanded to 12 for our small business. Our building is a two story concrete block building and I was concerned about the reception but I wasn't as the sound is clear. I haven't read much about the system's intercom capability, so I asked the question and got some conflicting answers. Now I can tell the phone has a very basic menu and while we couldn't name the room extensions they are numbered so it wasn't a problem. The intercom is very easy to use! So if you're looking for a two-line system that can page, this is a great system. The main phone (not wireless) has a tilting screen that both my office manager and I find very effective unlike our previous phones. It's just easier to see and use. We use their phone as the main phone for the system. Finding 2-line phone systems that are both inexpensive and efficient is not easy.
