I love this shower head! The best way to turn off the second head is to simply use Eco mode on the other head when you want to save water. When you're gone, switch them both to normal and enjoy. Or one on a regular, one on a massage. It looks great and the ability to raise and lower it makes it easy to clean, just jump in and shower without getting your hair wet if need be. I wish we had gotten it sooner as we just renovated 3 bathtubs and didn't get this shower head until the last one.
