Good for lip care for the first time
I bought this lip balm for my husband, he is diabetic and his skin is very dry in winter. He complained about the smell and that his skin was oily. But after a few minutes, no grease, no smell, no dry spots, even after washing your hands. We are happy customers and this product will be on our must have list.
