I love this dripper. Used Melita Drip and Melita Filter. I get much better results with this. It took me a while to get the grind and coffee to water ratio right, but once I did, the results were excellent. I effortlessly get the aroma and flavor of the beans in the cup. When using different types of beans, the degree of grinding and the ratio of coffee to water must be changed. I recommend using a scale to make sure you are consistent. I used to use measurements - for example from tablespoons to cups/ounces, but weight is better. Don't be put off by the fact that it's not enough. It looks like a child's cup, but it's the right size for a cup of coffee. I cook 10 gr. Coffee with this dripper and it works great for this amount of coffee. My standard ratio is 295 ml of water to 17.7 grams of coffee. I haven't had it for a long time, but there are no problems with rust. Filters are available from Revain.
