This is currently the best indicator of essential fatty acids.
I haven't taken it long enough to confirm if it helps or not but I can feel a difference when I take it. I sense an extra stimulant in it as opposed to Burn 365 so it seems like it should make a big difference. I can update my rating when I leave. Love the fact that I got it in a day!
