Fantastic deal for two rolls. I'm a massage therapist and I'm picky about my roles. I do not use them in my private practice but for personal use at home. Crescent bolsters are sooo versatile. You can use them: - Under the neck to provide cervical support (great for people like my husband who can never find a pillow comfortable enough). - For lumbar support, lying or sitting, on a sofa, in a chair. , yoga mat, etc. - Under the knees (when lying face up) to straighten and relieve pressure on the spine. - Under the ankles (when lying face down to relieve pressure on the knees of your side) to support the top leg. I use these two pillows as sleeping pillows in my bed to relieve pressure points and make back and side sleeping more comfortable. The cover is very soft, elastic, quilted jersey and can be removed with a plastic zipper. It is completely washable. The cover provides enough friction to hold the roll on flannel or knit sheets. For me I wanted the bolsters to move more easily across my bed and require less effort while sleeping/snoozing so I put satin pillowcases on top - great for my needs. Others may not need/want it. The rollers had a slight exhaust odor, typical of memory foam, that disappeared after about 24 hours. Otherwise I can't find any disadvantages. That's a great deal for a two-pack!
