I have LONG (buttocks mostly), super thick hair. I was very skeptical to buy them because only Japanese hair ties fit my hair. The price is not expensive, I thought. what the hell. People. I am impressed. It holds my hair up all day and I usually wear it in a messy bun. The fact that I only need one spiral to tie it all together is just insane. I train 5 times a week and do sprints on the treadmill. It didn't move. (I used invisible clips, but the fact they didn't even make my hair flexible is amazing.) I love the fact that you can resize it back to normal. Just put it in hot water and I wish I had known beforehand!
