I've been using Recovers MAX for over 3 weeks now. I have been using only Revolution Science supplements for over a year. Restores MAX is an upgrade of their original restorative tablet products. I love revolutionary scientific supplements because, to be completely transparent, they WORK. Be patient with this supplement as it takes several weeks for your body to fully recognize and utilize the ingredients. To put this into perspective, I'm currently in the middle of a strength training cycle and using a 153 pound strongman punching bag every week. I'm 170 pounds and the workload/volume on my new power cycle was aggressive. IF I was able to constantly attack AND improve daily programming due to the rest I get with Regains Max. Regains max helps repair muscles, increase strength and improve sleep. I am very satisfied with Restores Max as a dietary supplement for growth hormone boosting/restoring. It doesn't completely eliminate pain because it's not realistic, but you will notice an increase in recovery/muscle growth. Taste/flavor can be a little pungent, so I STRONGLY recommend that you mix this supplement with 6-8 ounces of water and drink. that's before bed. The melatonin in it can ruin sleep for the first few days, but my body got a rhythm and my sleep has improved since then. to start a learning block. Rogains max has proven to be a very useful addition and I plan to continue using it.
