Just had a chance to use the fan bulbs I had in stock. Put 2 lightbulbs in and an hour later I felt something "smoulder"! I searched the whole house for the source of the smell. Imagine my surprise when I found that BOTH (and not just one) of the lightbulbs I had just put in started burning like a floor! The metal part of BOTH lamps was discolored and very hot! Then of course I checked my ceiling fan to make sure the fan wasn't the cause of the lightbulbs. HAD NOT! I replaced the bulbs with other well known brand bulbs I had and haven't had any problems since! These lamps are DANGEROUS. They can cause a fire and should never be sold again!
