I installed this on my 2010 Dodge Ram 4x4 Diesel Megacab. Very easy installation, everything went well. Be sure to blast the factory stabilizer bolts with a PB blaster to loosen them (mine was very rusty). I also installed an alignment kit that included a stabilizer washer that lowered the mounting points 1" and moved them forward 1". This caused interference between the bar and the cross member. I had to do an extra 1" spacers to clear it. If I were to do it again I would install the secondary anti-roll bars with an alignment kit. The steering is firmer, it drives like a whole different car.
