My dogs love this food and the salmon helps their stomach however 5 packs of food were missing in the case which is not cheap food. The case was sealed so it looks like it wasn't packed properly like all the others. I emailed and they will not replace the 5 pack, they said they would send a treat. I didn't buy the treats, I bought the LABEL for the salmon packets, I don't ask for a cover, just the missing packets. They didn't answer. So now I'm going to switch brands. From good food to bad customer service is bad.
