I was happy to get cheaper ink and got it working right away except the printer complained it wasn't genuine HP ink no big deal but after a month the printer died. A few weeks or maybe a month later, the printer was basically unusable. Everything I print had blank horizontal lines. I spent a few hours cleaning the print head, leveling etc to no avail so I booted up the printer from a PC and bought a new SuperTank so I never have to buy overpriced cartridges (or cheap junk) again, to save money . Dollar). Today the seller offered me a refund after seeing this review on the understanding that I upgraded my previous 3 rating to a 4 or higher. I came back here to look around and it seems that this thing destroying your printheads is a common problem. avoid it
