Powerful enough to thoroughly slice meat. The blade has two problems: vegetables like garlic or shallots get stuck at the bottom of the bowl after the first few cuts, and the underside of the blade isn't low enough to reach that part. Therefore, it could not be thoroughly and finely crushed; still rough at the end - the blade consists of 2 parts: upper and lower part. The ground is connected directly to the engine. The top is connected to the bottom with a small plastic cutout. After only 3 resurfacings this notch wears out and the top knife becomes useless as it just spins freely and no longer follows the motor timing. I look forward to the manufacturer sending me a better blade.
