Review on 🔪 Ceramic Knife Set with Sheath Covers and Peeler Set - 6 Piece Kitchen Chef Chef's Paring Bread Set by Jeff Wieczorek

Finally got around to using the knife for the first and last time. For some inexplicable reason, the blade has a protrusion with an indentation behind it that traps material and cannot be completely removed. That's the only reason I threw it away. I would much rather use my Progressive Stainless Steel Cleaning Knife without this thorough cleaning. A steel knife has both straight and serrated blades. A serrated blade is better suited for peeling soft-skinned fruit and vegetables anyway. I also prefer the handle to be perpendicular to the direction of the peeling motion as any knife will cut. Drawing the pink knife isn't that intuitive.
