I ordered two of these but only received one. When I then contacted them, I received a "standard" email saying they would contact me "as soon as possible". Not good enough when I've been waiting for the first one for over a week. In addition, the supplied network is too small. I was hoping it would stretch a bit and I could eventually fill it with more hay but it has been sitting for a couple of weeks now and still barely holds 3 small flakes. The one I bought from Tractor Supply was amazing. I used one of my own slow hay nets so I can't say if their hay net would have been better, but even the metal frame was better. The one I bought here is extremely difficult to raise and lower to fill and then secure. As if the welds were too tight or something. The Tractor Supply glides smoothly and easily. Well, frankly, it's a great thing. It keeps stalls clean, prevents hay waste and encourages slow feeding. But buy it from another supplier and use your own slow feed hay net.
