For anyone stuck with PS/2 KVM switches and dealing with USB only servers, we've been using them for 2 years and they work great. Only thing is they are overpriced and KVM switches are cheap these days. For the price of 8 of these, you could probably buy a new USB KVM switch with cables. So if you need to replace all or almost all, I suggest just buying a new KVM switch.
