The dispenser is made of very thin plastic and the hinge that opens the dispenser is very flimsy and looks like it will would break it right away. When the front panel/door is open it tends to catch or wedge on the side of the dispenser forcing me to pull to close it which will most likely result in it breaking sooner or later . It seems to work pretty well after loading a roll of paper towels. But opening and closing for replenishment is where it will ultimately fail. A better/stronger hinge system would make all the difference. The dispenser arrived in a GP box with no packaging material. The box was undamaged but the dispenser was cracked at the front of the smoke door. Too much hassle to return and too risky due to the spread of the Cov-19 virus leaving me stuck in the back room with a damaged dispenser. GP is a company that has been around for a long time and I expected better quality and packaging from them. The so-called paper shortage indicator does not work either.
