***Upgrade lower *****If possible at price. It may contain an adapter. Doesn't apply to me. But I'm just saying it's not cheap. I was a bit surprised that it doesn't have an inner can. It would be nice to have one and that way you could easily take it out to clean it. Me. The can itself is a bit cheap. I thought it would be a little thicker, but the can itself is like a thin tin can. In general, I am happy with the bank. It was a little pricey for me, but I didn't find any of the cans I found open on that hill. In my counter, any lid we lift would be too big and wouldn't fit. I only gave it four stars because it doesn't come in, oh how the case itself is a little flimsy and because it doesn't come with a power adapter. Which to be clear says it's not included so I knew that and it doesn't apply to me anyway I just think it might be included for the price hey. But normally I would never spend that kind of money on a trash can. But that was the only sensor I could get my hands on. And overall a pleasure to watch. The snap from opening and closing the lid isn't nearly as loud as I thought it would be. ***Update**** Literally after 3 weeks the engine stopped working. I am furious that this happened to a trash can that costs almost $100. First I contacted the company. They sent me a message asking me to clean the sensor. Replace batteries. Etc. All the sensible things I've tried. So it didn't help. Have contacted them that something needs to be done. The engine slowly stopped working. (Opened and not closed. Then stopped altogether.) I didn't get a response. Emailed again and said please help and fix the situation or I was about to go through Revain. Never heard an answer. So it goes without saying that I will never buy a non-touch item again. They charge almost $100 for a trash can that stops working after 3 weeks and customer service ignores you. Needless to say, Revain is now working with me and sending a replacement. If it happens again I will just come back and get a refund. Too bad because I love the trash can.
