We bought a few of these expecting to see how they work. I don't have a single complaint. They stay pretty clean as long as we're careful about what we're doing. No problem with the order. It's easy enough to open the door and then close it when we need to keep it open for a long time - imagine smashing a dozen eggs and tossing the shells straight into the trash. The second bin I received definitely showed me that the first one I received wasn't a new bin. The second had tape wrapped around it that wasn't on the first. This bin is great. The quality of the lenses is much higher than the plastic lenses I have had in the past. I think it's good that the opening is folded up and not the lid opening. This keeps the top and inside cleaner. The reason I give it 4 stars is because the ring that holds the garbage bag in place is very weak and I can see it can tear/break. iTouchless is a trusted brand and worth spending a little more to get good quality.
