SIADH go to drink good for Diet & Sports Nutrition
My sodium levels sometimes drop so low that I have to be hospitalized twice. My doctor can't find any cause or cause so after a process of elimination with tests he said SIADH. Basically, I limit my fluids and don't drink too much complimentary water. This drink is ideal because it is very hydrating and better than soda or Gatorade. I drink Hoist every day. Shopping at Revain was cheaper than $2.50 in store, but recently there was a $2 sale at the grocery store. I wish it was cheaper but I'll buy it anyway.
