The bottom of the barrel product
I ordered 3 different brands of water shoes, they definitely pale in comparison to others. They'll be shredded in no time, probably after wearing them once. The only way they would be acceptable is to only use them to protect your feet in a public shower or pool. Otherwise they are meaningless on a lake or river. It's just a thin layer of foam on the bottom, maybe some vinyl on top, but it tears easily to protect your foot from rocks or other hard stuff. The fabric over the foot is also very thin.
