These aqua socks do what they are supposed to. Protect your feet at the beach, water park, pool, etc. They are so much more comfortable than your typical "water shoes" which my kids used to complain about and didn't want to wear. I love these little booties. I use them for swimming and aqua aerobics at the gym. They don't have a bottom insole that many water shoes fall out of, so they're amazing from that perspective. If you do a lot of aqua aerobics, jumping to the bottom of the pool will wear them down in the big toe area, but will still last a month or three depending on how strong you feel doing it. Bought for a half day trip to Vulcan Bay it broke! The children had to run barefoot. The kids are 15, 13, 10 so they know how to take care of their belongings. 1 hour in the wave pool and that's it! It's a sock-like material with a subtle soul and NO GRIP. Not all color options are suitable for shoes/socks.
