I liked best how easy it was for me as an end user of this product, which is something you can't say about most products out there! The customer service side could use some help - they're very helpful but not always able to answer questions quickly or directly (e-mailing them might get quicker responses). This software has helped us be more efficient by providing access from anywhere at any time without having someone physically sitting next to our desk all day long. It's also great knowing we have instant updates whenever anything changes within Salesforce so no waiting around when trying new features/enhancements either before going live OR after launch if things need tweaking / fixing right away etc.. Easy integration into my work flow since using sales force CRM system. Also helps keep track of what needs attention where via tags & custom fields assigned per task item. Helps improve productivity because now i dont.
