I have been using alkaline water jugs for several years and have tried several. The biggest problem was capacity. I always filled the jug. The EHM pitcher is much better. Large capacity is a game changer. The taste is excellent. Filters are easy to use. I tested the water and the pH was 9.5. The only thing that causes a little trouble is the lid. It doesn't go entirely smoothly, but if you put it on properly it doesn't fall off when pouring, although I always leave the lid on when pouring just in case. Overall very happy with the purchase.
