I am a dog trainer and have been using/training 100 dogs and clients per year on the old version of this collar for over 15 years. The sales rep told me to keep an open mind and try this version. Complete garbage. The handwheel is unusable, your fingers can't find the buttons. Fit the dog collar correctly! Therefore, the collar will not fit a dog that weighs less than 50 pounds. Straps slip from the first minute. the box falls off. (If you can get the straps to work) Thank g---- for Sporthund making an old version of the collar that works. The committee that did this took a good, inexpensive collar and turned it into a . Garbage.
