Purchased to store makeup under lock and key. I have a 13 year old sister exploring makeup and mine is too expensive to share (not to mention it’s unsanitary). I got the large, but I wish I got the XL. Unfortunately it is out of stock, so it’s a waiting game.but this is a great low budget theft deterrent investment. My only issue is that this box is all metal and sharp, so when you are closing it, be careful not to get your fingers in the way. I wasn’t paying attention and my poor thumb got it today. The lid doesn’t have a soft close feature, so make sure you and your little ones keep the fingers far away because BOY was that a painful blunt trauma I endured! Nonetheless, I am so glad I have a peace of mind that she’s not raiding and using my things anymore! I would definitely repurchase the XL in pink to store larger products.
