I like how easy it is to use and how fast it can create reports. I also enjoy how easy it is to access historical data. We are able to find answers in a matter of seconds rather than waiting hours or days. There isn't much dislike about this product at this time. The support team has been great so far. We have not found anything that we dislike from our initial testing with this platform. We hope all issues can be resolved quickly. We are solving the problem of getting quick answers when there is a change within our organization because we utilize multiple software platforms. Most other systems require you to wait 24+ hours just to find out what has changed. This system provides those answers immediately.
