I ordered a medium size and it was perfect. I'm 5'3" and 112 pounds and it lands right below my knees but I tend to dress higher on the waist as I like to wear most things. It looks exactly like the picture and I love the volume, Of course the dress I was going to wear with him didn't work that well (the dress wasn't made to be worn under a petticoat), it's a nice petticoat anyway, and I can't buy a petticoat, to show it off. !
