I followed the printed instructions. The thing does nothing. It doesn't open the clips if you place the phone directly in front of it as instructed in the instructions. It doesn't matter how close you bring your phone. Brackets don't open. The little locking button on the side doesn't do anything either. As long as the up/down adjustment functions etc. also work. The suction works too. So yeah, it sucks. But it doesn't charge your phone wirelessly or otherwise. And THAT sucks too. I have followed all instructions and directions. This thing doesn't do what it's advertised to do.
