Best ball pit design I've found! At first I was going to buy a round one for my kid, but I liked that it could sit flush with the wall. The uniqueness of this design is that it can be folded, making it much easier to store away when needed. This one also comes with a bottom pad, making it very soft and safe if your child likes to dive head first (like ours does). You can remove the cover if needed and as it is a faux leather material it is very easy to wash. We bought about 400 balls for it, which can cover 2 to 3 layers from the bottom. If you want to fill it up, you will need a lot of balls. However, I have found that my child (just over a year old) actually plays it more when we have fewer balls in it (I think he doesn't like the feeling of having too many balls) so it was the perfect amount! The sides are a little high to allow the child to get in and out on their own. We usually have to put pillows on either side so he can get out easily without throwing his whole body over the edge. It feels sturdy and so far has held up well when my child is constantly climbing walls. It's definitely big enough for a couple of toddlers. We're really glad we chose this design and it's great for indoor play in cold weather!
