Despite the bad reviews, I decided to give it a try because my local TV reporter gave glowing recommendations. Although I have a vacuum from one of the brands that says it's compatible on the packaging, I can't install it on my vacuum with or without the universal adapter that comes with Dust Daddy. Note: Before you can use this you need to put the two pieces together. Unfortunately, once you've assembled them, you can't take them apart, so I can't take them apart to even try to get them back! If you buy one, make sure it fits your vacuum cleaner before putting the two pieces together.
