I recently bought a carbon wheel and needed a torque wrench. It's a good tool for the price and the fact that it comes with a set of bits makes it even more appealing. It is easy to use, has a large range and is very accurate. I have a more expensive one that came without a bat, the blue one in the picture, and I've compared the accuracy to that. Both are accurate, but if you pay more you get less crank weight and better wheel torque, but if you don't tweak a lot this package is more than enough. The only problem I've found with this wrench is that sometimes when I'm tightening a bolt or screw I accidentally turn the knob which results in a change in torque. It doesn't have torque lock, but considering the price, it's all good.
