This is NOT a 17 liter bag. It is tested by Herschel as a 22 liter bag. I love it. It is backed by a lifetime warranty. So if it breaks or becomes damaged through normal use, Herschel will replace it. However, the materials feel high quality. My biggest issue with my previous Herschel bag was that it didn't have a water bottle pocket. This bag features a nylon-lined mesh bottom pocket for water bottles and a small zip pocket on the other side of the bag. It features a fleece-lined sunglass pocket that stores your glasses in a medium-sized case, water-resistant zippers in the main compartment and front zip compartment, and a fleece-lined, padded laptop compartment that holds up to 15 inches. Laptop. A fleece-lined, padded tablet sleeve that holds a tablet up to 10 inches, as well as organizer pockets in the front pocket and main compartment of the bag for small items like pens, ID cards, cell phones and headphones. This bag is ideal for commuting, college students and even the office. This is a very stylish bag that is well made and can be used for a variety of things. It fits my laptop, tablet, all my cords, cell phones, tripods, snacks, glasses, wallet, pencil case, small laptop, bluetooth speaker, headphones, gum, lip balm, spinners and dice, hand sanitizer and makeup. / personal pocket is convenient. It's not crowded or heavy, even though all my stuff is packed and I have room for my Bluetooth headphones, although I don't wear them every day. The straps are comfortable and soft, but not too bulky. It also comes with straps to wrap up excess strap length when you adjust the bag so you don't end up with dangling straps. This makes the bag neat and streamlined that Herschel bags are famous for. The bag stands on its own even when empty and is therefore made of a fairly durable and robust material. In my opinion, Harrison is one of the best backpacks Herschel has made to date. The only thing it doesn't have is a headphone jack to plug in headphones, but that's not a problem for me as I use Bluetooth headphones a lot anyway. All in all this is a great bag.
