A great platform which integrates easily into your workflow
I love that it syncs with our website so we can create an invoice or receipt from anywhere on our site without having to send an email out to everyone involved in the transaction. There are many different templates available and it's simple to customize them to fit our needs. Sometimes it takes a while to sync up with our system if we make a change but that could be because of the difference in platforms. It also can take time for the customer to upload their proof once they receive it. We use this app mainly for creating receipts and invoices for customers.
Pros
- The ability is easy enough even though there isn't much customization options, however you do have access too some great tutorials online which makes learning how things work very convenient! Also like being able o view your history at any point during transactions as wellas viewing previous tickets/invoicing etc.Very user friendly interface.Great support team who always respond quickly when needed & resolve issues promptly !
