NCS is user-friendly and easy to use. The system was installed on AWS Cloud and we are able to remotely access the system. A little confused on how to manage security and authentication for the system. There is also not enough support from Newstar for our business needs. Some customer service issues with Newstar were not properly addressed. Newstar Cloud Management is easy to use. It allows us to have our work done remotely. Newstar Cloud Management is easy to use and it is a very reliable tool. It makes it easy to manage our infrastructure. It is very easy to use and the support is excellent.
