Compared to Asus tuf b450 pro mobo and 3600x. RAM initially didn't want to boot into the xmp settings and came out of the box at 2666MHz. It wasn't a RAM issue and it took me a while to adjust the mobo settings. but once everything was good, XMP loaded without problems and it works as advertised. 3600MHz and for anyone who keeps asking, xmp timings are 16-18-18-38. As soon as I switched my 3600x to 4.3GHz, everything seemed to work even better and "more solidly". Now I have 4.4GHz. Current score is Cine-Bench 4000. In the future I will try to install oc and update if successful.
