I've been told I have arthritis. Seems to be in my back, ankles and arms. I have researched natural stones and products and their potential benefits. I like to wear anklets. I decided to try this. It's really magnetic. I wear it on my left ankle. I'm very serious, I've had pain in the past when trying to bend both legs. As I wear an ankle chain it's weird but I have absolutely no pain bending my legs. Don't try to suggest anything other than something else. I no longer feel pain in my legs. Needless to say the bracelet is beautiful, I love wearing it.
