I bought this model to replace a Pfister model which had a retractable hose leak for the second time. While Pfister replaced damaged parts due to the lifetime warranty, I was practically spared having to fix it and clear standing water under the kitchen island every year. So I decided to try this model. It's a third the price of our old Pfister model, but looks and works the same. Installation was very easy. I removed the old faucet and installed the new one in about 15 minutes. I hope the weight of this model's retractable hose will prevent hose leaks compared to the Pfister model. The Pfister had a donut-shaped weight that hung from the bottom of the hose loop and could shear the hose free when the spray handle was pulled out. The weight of this model holds part of the hose in place and prevents it from sliding back and forth on the surface of the hose. Hose leaks seem to be the biggest problem with high end Moen, Delta and Pfister models so I decided to save some money and give it a try. Time will tell how durable it remains, but for now I'm giving it 5 stars based on its current function, ease of installation, and quality materials. I will report any changes. **UPDATE** - A year and a half later, this faucet is still working great with no issues with leaks. Strongly support my 5-star rating!
