So I have been going to swimming lessons for about a month now with these swimming caps and here are my impressions. My hair will fit and I do have a lot of hair I also don't pull it while trying to put them on. If you are doing functional exercises and submerging your hair it will barely get wet, if you are swimming free style it will get damp while if you are swimming on your back it will get so wet. The ear pockets hurt my ears but it could be because as I have a big head and a lot of hair there isn't much space.
