Review on CANWAY Lightweight Waterproof Sleeping Bag For 4 Seasons Camping & Traveling - Ideal For Adults & Kids by John Shorter

This sleeping bag was purchased for my son who is an avid mountain biker and often camps for his races. We purchased it for him during the holidays so naturally, he was not able to use it until June. The first night he used it, the "revolutionary zipper system" epically failed and a piece came off that rendered the bag useless on its first use. I contacted customer support for CANWAY for assistance. They responded rather quickly asking for pictures. After I sent pictures of the broken zipper and useless sleeping bag, they offered a 30% off coupon for my next purchase and no compensation or resolution to the original problem.In their words "LIFETIME AFTER-SALE SERVICE: We have confidence that you will love the single sleeping bag and provide a lifetime protection for free from the date of its original purchase. If you encounter any issue, contact us. We promise you will experience a good night's sleep or your money back!" This couldn't be further from the truth with my experience. Buyer beware!
