It's not very easy or quick to set up the headset and connect it to the base station, although everything is done automatically. Keep losing touch. The design is really terrible. It's very hard to keep it in your ear for a long time. Scrolling the volume control with your finger is not very convenient. You keep wondering how to reconnect the Bluetooth headset to the base station when the connection is lost. Sometimes I keep getting the voice message "Mute On. Mute Off" and don't know how to turn off this annoyance. In general, it works, but it's not worth buying.
