The ease of use; it makes our job so much easier! We can search by location, salary range, education level etc., and we're able to upload PDF files into each role profile which saves us time when communicating with candidates.
I would like more customisation options - eg being given my own tabs that could be used in place of standard ones such as 'Skills'. Also, having multiple roles open at once instead of just one or two (eg CTO + DevOps) helps reduce confusion during interviews where you need to switch between different screens quickly.
