This set is perfect. The sizes and types of pans are suitable for many things. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the price. I think that's a bit high but I'm not a professional chef so maybe I'm not the best judge. The best burgers are pan-fried - they get the perfect crust and don't stick. The lid of the pot also fits on the pan, which is handy. Even with high heat, the pan does not discolour. The pot on a stick is ideal for pasta and soup. It's also well balanced, making it easy to pour without getting tangled. The small pot is great for making sauces and is my new companion for pretty much everything. In fact, the three pans have been in constant use since they were received. I was supposed to take photos for this review first thing in the morning so I knew they wouldn't be used! They were beautifully packaged - the boxes are so good they could be used as gift wrap. If you like to cook, you will be happy about a gift. I really hope these pans last a very long time.
