Review on 🔥 LOTOS LTPDC2000D: Advanced 3-in-1 Welding Combo Machine with Plasma Cutter, Tig Welder, and Stick Welder - ½ Inch Clean Cut, Brown by Bill Howard

I have never done plasma cutting, but I have done a lot of arc welding (Lincoln Electric) over the years. My Lotos LTPDC2000D arrived today. I immediately opened the case to make sure all the connections etc were intact (plus I really wanted to see what I had bought). It has been found that the power output connector bolts and pilot arc connector nut are loosening. I tightened them and also went through all the screws holding the MOSFETs to the heatsink (I'm an electronics engineer). Look at the photos, especially check the points indicated by the blue arrows. I mark many sensor feedback points in the circuit for current, temperature, voltage etc (which is impressive). The electronics are very well thought out and the configuration ensures maximum airflow through all components, especially through the two massive MosFET heatsinks. I also made sure that the fan could rotate freely. After doing that, I closed it and tried it. This thing works exceptionally well, much better than my expectations. I spent all day plasma cutting and welding and assembling a welding cart. The pilot arc begins immediately after ignition and the compressed air continues to flow for a few seconds after the trigger is released to ensure proper torch cooling (two user settings for these 2.5 and 6 seconds). mode doesn't remember the last used mode setting, but that's definitely a quibble on my part and not really a problem. Great car, very good price, well thought out construction and great attention to detail. I am very happy that I finally bought it!
