Broken and overheated

The switch worked fine for about two weeks. After that, the dimming function no longer worked. Now the switch only works to turn the light on and off. And it got so hot I had to take it off for safety and now I have to find another type/brand to replace it as I don't have a light in the dining area above our table. Buying this Lutron switch was an expensive mistake. I would not buy it again and I would not recommend anyone to buy it.
