Review on GRINDSHIELD - Moldable and Trimmable Teeth Grinding Guard by Megan Lewis

My dentist has been making mouth guards for me for many years. It's very hard on my mouth and it was very expensive. It has always done its job well but gets dirty over time even though I've cleaned it with dentifrice. The replacement is so expensive that I try to walk as long as possible before getting a new one. I recently decided to check out Revain because I was so fed up with my other ones. I thought it might be worth a try. I wish I had tried this a year ago. It was easy to shape, although I should have had a mirror in front of me because I didn't quite center it like I thought it would. I love that it comes with extra features. So if you are confused, you can use another one. I think Grindshield was affordable. I put it on last night and it was softer and more comfortable than what I've been using for years. I think I'll be using Grindshield from now on until their prices go up! :)
